If you are ever in North Wales you must visit this place

We have just had a few days away in Snowdonia...even if the architecture looks Italian. This is the village of Portmeirion where the 1960s TV series The Prisoner was filmed.

Hi Martin. I visited there with my family when I was younger. That's a lovely photo you've taken of it! I assumed it was a photo you'd found online until I looked more closely and noticed Lowri in it! (It is Lowri isn't it??)
hope you're well
Gareth

I have a friend who's a big fan of the Prisoner and travelled a good distance to stay in Port Meirion for a whole week. En route back he met a North Walian I know well and she said in the course of the conversation "And do you know, some people go there just because they've seen it in the Prisoner!" Fancy! He just smiled. My friend has all the DVDs. He had me watch an episode once. It's okay.
